Testing and Commissioning. 5.1. The Company shall test and commission the System after installation in accordance with AS 4509 “Test and Commissioning”, to ensure that it is operating as specified in the Contract. 5.2. Commissioning of the System shall be deemed to have occurred when the System commences operating on the Site in accordance with the specification set forth in this Contract. 5.3. The Company will provide the Client with training as specified in Schedule A Part J.
