Common use of Testing and Quality Assurance Clause in Contracts

Testing and Quality Assurance. a. Vendor agrees to provide a workable, consistently available, production simulated environment in which Dealer or Dealer's Partners can test against. This QA environment should be available *** of the time during Vendor's normal business hours. b. Vendor will provide Dealer with a full set of valid test data (e.g. address, phone numbers, credit card numbers) that can be used in the simulated environment to perform system and quality assurance testing prior to OSS System production launches. Sufficient data is necessary to support all potential production scenarios.
