Testing of Applicants Seeking Safety Sensitive Positions. After a conditional offer of employment has been tendered, applicants seeking safety sensitive positions with USD 500 may be given breath, blood, urine, or other diagnostic tests to detect alcohol and/or drugs (or drug metabolites) in their systems. Positive test results for drugs or alcohol will be considered in making the final employment decision.
