Testing Schedule. During this three (3) year Agreement, promotional testing only will occur on year one (1) and year two (2) unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the District and Union. The District will not be required to conduct more than one (1) Promotional Testing Academy in each of the first two (2) years of this Agreement.
