Testing. ACM may inspect and test Milk before collection, at the time of collection or after collection for the purposes of assessing whether Milk is compliant with ACM’s Quality Standards. Such testing will be at ACM’s expense. ACM will provide a copy of relevant test results to Supplier upon request.
