Tests to be Conducted. In conducting the testing authorized by this Agreement the University shall: a) Use only a clinical laboratory or hospital facility that is licensed pursuant to the Illinois Clinical Laboratory Act that has been accredited by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA); b) Use as the initial screening immunoassay (IA) step a rapid semi-quantitative chemical test which uses a specific antibody to react with the drug or metabolite of interest.
