Tests to be Performed Clause Samples
The "Tests to be Performed" clause defines the specific examinations, analyses, or assessments that must be conducted as part of a contract or agreement. Tests to be Performed. Pathnet shall coordinate all factory acceptance testing on the Equipment. Such factory acceptance testing shall include (i) linking together of all racks in each Switched Mod Section to simulate the System as it will be configured in the field, (ii) testing at the panel terminal and System level for certification and compliance with the Specifications, (iii) connecting the radio bays by coaxial cables through attenuators to simulate "RSL" conditions as encountered in the field, (iv) testing on a path basis to the applicable configuration of the System, (v) testing of all miscellaneous Equipment such as supervisory fault alarm and control and service channel units and (vi) testing the equipment as a System to resolve all interface problems.
Tests to be Performed. Review the Data Tape and confirm the Obligor is not the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding as of the Cut-off Date
Tests to be Performed. Observe the Schedule of Receivables and the Data Tape and calculate the initial aggregate balance of all the Receivables in the loan pool.

iii) Lightweight Concrete (ASTM C495)
iv) Insulating Concrete (ASTM C332)
2. Concrete Flexural Tests: (ASTM C293/C78)
3. Steel Reinforcing
i) Tensile (ASTM A615)
ii) Bend (ASTM A615)
4. Concrete Aggregate: Conformance Test (ASTM C33) (Sieve Analysis, Deleterious Substances & Soundness)
Tests to be Performed. Review the Receivable File and confirm no indication the Selected Receivable has been amended or otherwise modified such that the number or originally scheduled due dates has been increased or such that the amount financed has been increased.
