Tests to be Performed Clause Samples

The "Tests to be Performed" clause defines the specific examinations, analyses, or assessments that must be conducted as part of a contract or agreement. It typically outlines the types of tests required, the standards or methods to be used, and the party responsible for carrying them out. For example, in a supply contract, this clause might require quality control tests on delivered goods before acceptance. Its core practical function is to ensure that products or services meet agreed-upon specifications, thereby reducing the risk of defects and disputes between parties.
