Common use of Texas Customers Clause in Contracts

Texas Customers. If the Subscriber has any consumer complaints regarding this Agreement, the Subscriber may contact the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, 1-800-803-9202. If We cancel this Agreement, We will mail the Subscriber a written notice at least five (5) days prior to the effective date of cancellation to the Subscriber’s last address listed in Our records. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. Prior notice is not required if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment of the Service Fee, a material misrepresentation by the Subscriber, or a substantial breach of duties by the Subscriber relating to the Covered Product or its use.
