Texas Residents. Each purchaser of Securities must bear the economic risk of an investment in the Company for an indefinite period of time. The Securities have not been registered under the Securities Laws of Texas or the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be transferred or sold by the purchaser thereof except in transactions that are exempt from registration under the Securities Laws of Texas and the Securities Act of 1933 or pursuant to an effective registration thereunder.
