Text Blocks Clause Samples

The "Text Blocks" clause defines how standardized or pre-approved sections of text are incorporated into a contract or agreement. Typically, these blocks are used to ensure consistency across multiple documents, allowing parties to reference or insert commonly used provisions without rewriting them each time. For example, a company might use text blocks for confidentiality terms or dispute resolution procedures. This clause streamlines document drafting, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures that important terms are applied uniformly throughout related agreements.
