Common use of TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING Clause in Contracts

TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING. Contractor is encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving as described in E.O. 13513, including conducting initiatives described in Section 3(a) of the Order when on official government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the federal government.
