The A. T.A. will not sanction any shoot dates without the approval of the state secretary. The penalty for not following this procedure is that the scores will not be registered and the Club will have to returned all fees to the participants. A telephone call, e-mail, or fax transmission to the O.S.T. A. secretary is acceptable for requesting changes, additions or deletions to original shoot requests.
