Common use of The Advisor and the Sub Clause in Contracts

The Advisor and the Sub. Advisor acknowledge and agree that the Sub -Advisor shall be the sole and exclusive source of Investments for the Company for so long as the Sub-Advisor shall serve in its capacity as sub -advisor under this Amended Agreement; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Advisor may identify potential opportunities for Investments and present any such Investments to the Sub-Advisor.
