The Appeal Process. 1. The Appeal process is the Health Plan's procedure for addressing Enrollee Appeals, which are requests for review of an Action. 2. An Enrollee, or a provider (whether a participating Provider or a nonparticipating provider) acting on behalf of an Enrollee and with the Enrollee's written consent, may file an Appeal. 3. The Appeal procedure must be the same for all Enrollees.
