Common use of The Approval Order Clause in Contracts

The Approval Order. On the date of the making of any Loan, other than the Subsequent Tranche C Loan, or the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Fourth Amendment Approval Order shall have been entered, and on the making of the Subsequent Tranche C Loan, the Supplemental Approval Order shall have been entered, and in each such case the Approval Order shall not have been reversed, stayed, vacated or, without the Administrative Agent s consent, amended, supplemented or modified. Upon the maturity (whether by the acceleration or otherwise) of any of the Obligations of the Borrower and the Guarantor hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, the Lenders shall, subject to the provisions of Section 7.01, be entitled to immediate payment of such obligations, and to enforce the remedies provided for hereunder, without further application to or order by the Bankruptcy Court.
