Common use of The Architect/Engineer Clause in Contracts

The Architect/Engineer. It is the intent of the Owner and the Architect/Engineer that this Agreement be construed in a manner that requires the Architect/Engineer to provide all necessary and customary architectural and engineering services for the Project, including, without limitation, the specific services set forth in Articles 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement or which are reasonably inferable from the terms, provisions and conditions thereof.
