Common use of The Arrangers Clause in Contracts

The Arrangers. (a) Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, no Arranger has any obligations of any kind to any other Party in connection with any Finance Document. (b) If any person ceases to be a Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and that person is also an Arranger, that person will cease to be Arranger at the same time as it ceases to be a Lender provided that that person shall be entitled to the continuing benefit of this Clause for the period during which they were an Arranger.
