The Board’s Allocation of Funds to the LEA. Pursuant to the Master Facilitator Agreement, the Board will allocate to the LEA funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purchase of the Buses and will direct such funds to CONTRACTOR for annual Installment Payments. By its execution of this Agreement and of each Appendix, the LEA authorizes the Board to and acknowledges that the Board will direct such funds to CONTRACTOR.
