It is understood and agreed that the parties to the Agreement shall at all times comply with the accident prevention regulations of the Compensation and any refusal on the part of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to work or to continue to work in contravention of such regulations shall not be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement. THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND AND USE ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES IN A PROPER AND TO PURSUE SAFE PRACTICES INCLUDING PROPER HOUSEKEEPING.
