The Charter Schools Director Action. If the Charter Schools Director determines, in his or her sole discretion, that certain conditions or circumstances exist such that the Academy Board: (i) has placed staff or students at risk; (ii) is not properly exercising its fiduciary obligations to protect and preserve the Academy's public funds and property; (iii) has lost its right to occupancy of the physical facilities described in Schedule 6, and cannot find another suitable physical facility for the Academy prior to the expiration or termination of its right to occupy its existing physical facilities; (iv) has failed to secure or has lost the necessary fire, health, and safety approvals as required by Schedule 6; (v) has willfully or intentionally violated this Contract or Applicable Law; or (vi) has violated Section 10.2(g) or (h), then the Charter Schools Director may immediately suspend the Contract, pending completion of the procedures set forth in Section
