The client is under obligation. 10.1.5.1 to indicate one or more of its accounts in the application form on registration for automatic transfer services (one of them mandatorily being a GEL account); 10.1.5.2 to register its foreign currency account as an auxiliary account in the event automatic transfer services are used for payment of funds determined in foreign currency (in its equivalent in national currency); 10.1.5.3 to always maintain a balance for automatic transfer services on its account(s) indicated in the application; 10.1.5.4 to pay commission fees in accordance with the current tariffs existing at the bank at the time of transfer.
