The Collective Bargaining Relationship Sample Clauses

The "Collective Bargaining Relationship" clause defines the formal relationship between an employer and a labor union that represents employees for the purposes of negotiating employment terms. This clause typically outlines the recognition of the union as the exclusive bargaining agent, the scope of representation, and the procedures for communication and negotiation between the parties. By establishing clear parameters for interaction and negotiation, the clause ensures an orderly process for addressing workplace issues and resolving disputes, thereby promoting labor stability and mutual understanding.
