The Company Defined. As used in this Agreement, the term "the Company" includes the Company, any assignee or other successor in interest of the Company, and any parent, subsidiary, or other corporation or partnership under common ownership or control with the Company.
The Company Defined. For the purpose of this Consulting Agreement, the "Company" is understood to mean and indicate Vista Medical Technologies, Inc. and each and every affiliated entity and also its successors and assigns. As used herein, the term "affiliated entity" means any company, firm, corporation, or other organization that is owned or controlled by The Company or owns or controls The Company.
The Company Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Company Parties” collectively (and, individually, a “Company Party”) means DiscoverOrg Data, LLC, and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each and every other entity which is in control of, controlled by or directly or indirectly under common control with the Company. Any and all such entities and individuals is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. Should Employee be employed by or transferred to a successor, or to a member, subsidiary, affiliate or other related entity, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as part of the terms of Employee’s employment.
