The Consulting Services. Until the termination of this Agreement, the Consultant through ▇▇▇▇▇▇ exclusively shall, as and when requested by the Company, act as a consultant and render his assistance and participation as the Chief Medical and Technology Officer of the Company and the Company’s US parent (for purposes of this Agreement both the Company and its parent shall be hereinafter referred to as: the “Company”), giving, on a full time basis the full benefit of his knowledge, expertise, technical skill and ingenuity, in all matters involved in or relating to the business thereof (the “Consulting Services”).
