The Contract Period. This Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date and subject to Article 2.1.3 shall continue until the earlier of: (a) the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Commencement Date ; and (b) the date of delivery by the Sellers under this Agreement of an aggregate quantity of Gas equal to the Total Contract Quantity; unless terminated earlier by either Party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or extended in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2.1.2 and 9.5.6 (“Contract Period”).
