The Contractor Shall Determine Safe Loading. The Contractor shall determine safe loading capacities and shall not overload any structure beyond its safe capacity during construction or remodeling. In addition to assuming full responsibility for bodily injury resulting from any such overloading, the Contractor shall repair to the Architect’s satisfactory or reimburse the District for the cost of repairing damage resulting therefrom.
