THE CONTRACTOR’S REPRESENTATIVE. At the end of Sub-clause 4.3 the following shall be added: “If the Contractor’s Representative, or these persons, is/are not fluent in the Serbian language, the Contractor shall have available on Site, during all working hours, a competent interpreter to ensure the proper transmission of instructions and information. In the event the Contractor’s Representative is not authorised to lead construction works in compliance with Serbian law, the Contractor shall appoint a person with such authority to work with the Contractor’s Representative.”
