Common use of The Contribution Clause in Contracts

The Contribution. 4.1 The Minister will make a non-repayable Contribution to the Recipient in respect of the Project in an amount not exceeding the lesser of (a) and (b) as follows: (a) One hundred percent (100% ) of Eligible and Supported Costs of the Project incurred by the Recipient; and (b) Seven hundred fifty thousand ($750,000) 4.2 The payment of the Contribution per Fiscal Year is set out in Annex 1 – Statement of Work. The Minister will have no obligation to pay any amounts in any other Fiscal Years than those specified in Annex 1 - Statement of Work. 4.3 The Minister shall not contribute to any Eligible and Supported Costs incurred prior to the Eligibility Date or later than the Completion Date. 4.4 The Recipient shall be responsible for all costs of the Project, including cost overruns, if any.
