The Coordinator shall be responsible for Ø transmitting and enforcing decisions taken by the Governing Board to the Legal Entity, Ø supervising the relations between the Legal Entity Management Board and the Governing Board and managing the Network. The Coordinator shall represent the Legal Entity. The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of the Network or any other Member.
