The Customer shall. 5.1.1. get acquainted with the provisions herein and the Standard Terms at the time of registration on the Contractor’s website or in the mobile application;
5.1.2. timely pay and receive services under the terms of this Agreement;
5.1.3. use his/her personal profile and mobile application, following the Standard Terms Meest Shopping;
5.1.4. provide the Contractor with information about the content/description of the Order and other information at the request of the Contractor or the International Representative Office;
5.1.5. indemnify losses caused to the Contractor or third parties involved by the Contractor to ensure the provision of services under this Agreement by providing false information regarding content of the Order or personal data of the user of personal profile
5.1.6. observe the list of goods prohibited for transportation and solely be responsible for the declaration correctness of information regarding the content/characteristics of the goods.
The Customer shall. (a) use appropriate security precautions in connection with its use of the Services;
(b) comply with the Customer Laws;
(c) provide such Customer Materials, information, resources and assistance in a timely manner as Brigantia shall reasonably require to perform the Services at no charge to Brigantia and
(d) provide Brigantia with reasonable assistance in investigating the cause of Service outages, security problems and any suspected breach of the Agreement by the Customer or its Affiliates at no charge to Brigantia.
The Customer shall. 5.3.1. Daily, on the eve before 13:00 hrs., send to the Contractor a Request for cooking meals the next day, indicating the number of dishes from the menu provided by the Contractor, or a Request for provision of any other Services required. The request shall be send by email to:______________________.
The Customer shall complete all its obligations as detailed in any Project Documents and provide Namos with timely co-operation in relation to this Agreement; and access to such information as may be required by Namos in order to render the Services, including but not limited to, Customer personnel, premises and other facilities, security access information and configuration services and Customer Data and documentation requested for the provision of the Services (and ensure that such information and data is accurate in all material respects) and afford to the authorised personnel of Namos during normal working hours, or as otherwise agreed, access to any relevant Location and shall provide adequate free working space and such other facilities at such Location as may be reasonably requested by Namos for the delivery, installation, implementation and, if applicable, testing of the Services or to provide the Services. The Customer shall comply with its obligations under applicable health and safety regulations with respect to the provision of such access and facilities to Namos. Namos will take all practical steps to ensure that its personnel will, whenever on Customer’s premises, obey all reasonable security and health and safety standards, procedures and directions notified to it by Customer. In the event of any delays in the Customer's provision of such assistance as agreed by the Parties, ▇▇▇▇▇ may adjust any agreed timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary.
The Customer shall. 9.1.1 ensure the terms of the Order and any information it provides in the Service Specification and the Goods Specification are complete and accurate;
9.1.2 co-operate with Zund in all matters relating to the Services;
9.1.3 provide Zund, its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors, with access to the Customer's premises, office accommodation and other facilities as reasonably required by Zund to deliver the Goods and/or to provide the Services;
9.1.4 provide Zund with such information and materials as Zund may reasonably require in order to supply the Services, and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects;
9.1.5 prepare the Customer's premises for the delivery and installation of the Goods and/or the supply of the Services;
9.1.6 obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permissions and consents which may be required for the installation of the Goods and/or the provision of the Services in advance;
9.1.7 comply with all applicable laws, including health and safety laws;
The Customer shall i. Notify M2C of any amendments to the times or daily schedules that the introduced cleaner attends.
ii. Take ownership of the arrangement of work direction, periods & tasks, providing clear work requests.
iii. Provide one full day's period of notice to the introduced cleaner and M2C of any amendments to existing work arrangements, including that of requesting a replacement introduced cleaner.
iv. Contact M2C directly if a temporary cleaner is required due to the regular cleaner's illness or holiday as replacements are not automatically supplied, as not all Customers require them (due to key handling etc).
v. Inform M2C regarding the intention to employ a M2C introduced cleaner or dismiss a cleaner introduced by M2C.
vi. Accept a cleaner on a 'non-preferred day' if a cleaner is being sought by M2C or on holiday or during cleaner sickness periods.
The Customer shall. 3.1.7.1. In case of using amounts paid in by mistake, return such amounts to the Bank and pay a penalty at the rate of 0.5% of the used amount per each day of its use;
3.1.7.2. take responsibility for the accuracy of filling in the Application and inform the Bank in writing on any changes in the information specified therein within 5 (five) Banking Days;
3.1.7.3. Inform the Bank in writing on any changes in or/and cancellation of the document or/and information confirming his/her authority submitted to the Bank as per paragraph 4.1 of the Agreement within 5 (five) Banking Days upon occurrence thereof. The obligation of notification under this paragraph shall explicitly apply to all the documents submitted to the Bank by which the Customer grants the authorization to act in his/her name. Where the Customer fails to fulfill the obligation under this paragraph, the Bank shall not be liable for any resulted damages;
3.1.7.4. Pay all commission fees for carrying out banking Operations as well as for serving the Account established at the Bank at the rates effective at the Bank at that time;
3.1.7.5. Pay the Bank the full amount of the Overdraft (unauthorized Overdraft) existing on the Account;
3.1.7.6. Paying the Bank any fees for using the Overdraft (unauthorized Overdraft) existing on the Account at the rates established at the Bank at that time.
The Customer shall. (a) not move, disconnect, wilfully damage or otherwise tamper with the Gas Meter or Automated Meter Reading Equipment or any part of it or procure or allow any third party to do so;
(b) without prejudice to paragraph (a) above notify Smartest and the Gas Transporter as soon as possible if there has been damage to or interference with any Gas Meter and/or if the Customer is aware (or should reasonably be aware) that the Gas Meter is not accurately recording the Supply (in which case the Customer shall provide Smartest with all information that Smartest and/or the Gas Transporter reasonably requires to assess the cause, nature and effect of any such damage or interference);
(c) ensure that the area in which the Gas Meter and Automated Meter Reading Equipment are installed has the environmental conditions necessary for their safe operation;
(d) only connect devices to the Gas Meter or Automated Meter Reading Equipment to measure a pulse output following agreement by Smartest; and
(e) ensure that the area in which Gas Meter and Automated Meter Reading Equipment are installed is kept safe and secure.
The Customer shall. 5.3.1. Comply with the requirements of the Agreement, including Binding Documents, as well as legislative requirements of the Russian Federation.
The Customer shall i. Notify M2C of any amendments to the times or daily schedules that the introduced cleaner attends.
