Common use of The Customer Clause in Contracts

The Customer. (a) waives its right under section 157 of the PPSA to receive a copy of the verification statement relating to a security interest created under this Agreement; and (b) contracts out of its right to receive any other notice or statement under any other applicable provisions in the PPSA.
