The Destination. Customer hereby represents and warrants to the Company that, to the best of Customer’s knowledge, the Destination (as same may be changed from time to time, as described below) is a permissible location for delivery and storage of the Wine under all applicable laws and regulations.

Related to The Destination

  • Destination The term (“Destination”) means delivered to the receiving dock or other point specified in the applicable Contract Document.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.
