THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME. 5.1 It is recorded that the development will be executed in the phases (as the term is understood in town planning terms) and that the municipal and other services will be constructed and supplied in phases, which will involve road building and other work 5.2 The Purchaser shall not be entitled to terminate this agreement or have any claim against the Seller arising from any noise or dust pollution or inconvenience suffered as a result of the works, all of which the Purchaser accepts may endure until the development has been completed in its entirety. 5.3 The Purchaser warrants that it shall not do anything nor cause anything to be done or allow anything to be done by himself or any person in respect of whom he may have any vicarious liability including any members of his household or invitees, that may in any manner disrupt or hamper the execution of the works.
