THE DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER. ‌ The Customer shall contribute to the completion of the Assistance in good faith. Requests from the Consultant shall be replied to without undue delay. The Customer shall, without undue delay, give notice of circumstances that the Customer understands, or ought to understand, may be of relevance to the completion of the Assistance, including any expected delays.
