The winner’s First Name and Last Initial may be shared to announce the winner on Royal Melbourne Show social pages. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Previous subscribers, new subscribers and those who have already subscribed to receive Melbourne Royal® Show must enter their details again during the duration of competition to be counted as an entry for this competition.   • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.

  • Completion of Repairs Borrower will commence any Repairs as soon as practicable after the date of this Loan Agreement and will diligently proceed with and complete such Repairs on or before the Completion Date. All Repairs and Capital Replacements will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, with suitable materials, and in accordance with good building practices and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, building setback lines and restrictions applicable to the Mortgaged Property. Borrower agrees to cause the replacement of any material or work that is defective, unworkmanlike or that does not comply with the requirements of this Loan Agreement, as determined by Lender.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.

  • Personal Appearance All teachers shall maintain dress, grooming and personal appearance consistent with their area of teaching.
