Common use of The Existing Premises Clause in Contracts

The Existing Premises. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that pursuant to the Lease, Landlord currently leases to Tenant and Tenant currently leases from Landlord that certain office space in the Building containing 106,181 square feet of Net Rentable Area (▇▇,▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) consisting of the entire fourth (4th), fifth (5th), sixth (6th), seventh (7th) and eighth (8th) floors of the Building (the “Existing Premises”), as outlined on Exhibit “A” to the Lease.

The Existing Premises. Landlord and Tenant hereby stipulate and agree that pursuant to the Lease, Landlord currently leases to Tenant and Tenant currently leases from Landlord that certain office space in the Building containing 106,181 61,587 rentable square feet of Net Rentable Area (▇▇,▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) consisting of (i) 19,082 rentable square feet located on the entire fourth first (4th)1st) floor of the Building, fifth (5th)ii) 21,153 rentable square feet located on the entire second (2nd) floor of the Building, sixth and (6th), seventh iii) 21,352 rentable square feet located on the entire third (7th3rd) and eighth (8th) floors floor of the Building (collectively, the “Existing Premises”), all as outlined on Exhibit “A” to more particularly described in the Lease.
