The Fixed. Annual Concession Fees of Rupees One Crore and Fifty Lakh only (Rs.1,50,00,000) is considering the Total Built-up Area of Sq.ft. In the event of the Concessionaire developing more Commercial Area/Space, the Fixed Annual Concession Fees shall be increased proportionately.
