Common use of The Fixed Rent Clause in Contracts

The Fixed Rent. Tenant covenants and agrees to pay rent to Landlord at the Original Address of Landlord or at such other place or to such other person or entity as Landlord may by notice to Tenant from time to time direct, in equal installments of 1/12th of the Annual Fixed Rent in advance on the first day of each calendar month included in the Term; and for any portion of a calendar month at the beginning or end of the Term, at that rate payable in advance for such portion.
