Common use of The Grantor Observation Visits Clause in Contracts

The Grantor Observation Visits. The Grantor shall have the right, on a recurring basis and upon reasonable prior notice to the Concessionaire to have the Grantor‟s officers, employees, and representatives observe the progress of the EPC Works, the Connection Works, the Road Works, and other works on the Project Facilities. The Concessionaire shall comply with all reasonable requests of the Grantor for, and assist in arranging, any such observation visits. The Grantor‟s visits shall be reasonable both in terms of the frequency of such visits and the number of persons. All persons visiting the Project Facilities, or the Project Sites, the Inundated Areas, or the Staging Areas, on behalf of the Grantor shall comply with the Concessionaire‟s and its Contractors‟ generally applicable safety regulations and procedures made available to such persons and shall comply with the reasonable instructions and directions of the Concessionaire and its Contractors, and shall not unreasonably cause any interference with or disruption to the activities of the Concessionaire or its Contractors on the Project Sites, the Inundated Areas, or the Staging Areas.
