The H. A. shall be responsible for repair of the Unit within a reasonable time, provided that if the damage was caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, a member(s) of his/her household or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s guest(s), the reasonable cost of the repairs will be charged to Tenant and the H.A. may terminate the rental agreement as provided in Paragraph 11(E).
