The H. A. will offer standard alternative living accommodations, if available, when necessary repairs cannot be made within a reasonable time; provided, however, that if it is determined that the damage was caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, a member(s) of his/her household or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s guest(s) and the H.A. elects to terminate the rental agreement, the H.A. shall not be required to offer alternative accommodations; and
