THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE Clause Samples

The "Hardware and Software" clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to the provision, use, and maintenance of physical devices and computer programs involved in the agreement. It typically outlines which party supplies the necessary hardware and software, specifies any requirements for compatibility or updates, and may address issues such as licensing, support, or ownership. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand their obligations regarding technology resources, reducing the risk of disputes over equipment or software access during the contract term.
