The Licensed Software. the Software and all components thereof will operate on the Hardware and all components of the System, will be fully compatible with each other, and shall operate together as a fully integrated turnkey System. Further, Company's data and information as it currently exists on Company's data processing information system is capable of being converted to operate with the Software.
