TREASURY SHARES WHICH CAN BE USED 3.1 The limit for all Shares issued and Treasury Shares used under the Approved Plan 3.1.1 the Unapproved Plan and any other Employees’ Share Scheme, cannot exceed 10 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company from time to time; and 3.1.2 the Unapproved Plan and any other Employees’ Share Scheme operated on a selective basis, cannot exceed 5 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company from time to time.
