The Local Area Agreement Project Team. 7.1 The Local Area Agreement Project Team is an operational group to performance manage the progress in meeting targets in Local Public Service Agreement (LPSA2) and Local Area Agreement (LAA). 7.2 The Project Team shall comprise lead officers involved in the delivery of the LPSA2 and LAA to improve co-ordinated and effective partnership working. The Project Team will be augmented by the LAA Locality Manager and LAA block leads from the Government Office for the South East. 7.3 The membership of the Project Team will be reviewed annually as the LAA is refreshed.
