The M Sample Clauses

The M. E.A. agrees that it will indemnify and hold the Board harmless from and recovery of damages and expenses sustained by reason of any action taken under this Article.
The M. E.A. will send the daily dispatch reports to the Union by computer communication as soon as said dispatch has been finalized. All modifications resulting from operational requirements will be sent to the Union as soon as possible.
The M. E.A. will contribute on a per-member basis to the establishment of said bank.
The M. E.A. faculty representatives shall be allowed appropriate time during the preschool workshop for instruction regarding registration and enrollment.
The M. J.A.C. has the authority by majority vote to give a written interpretation of any section or term of this Agreement, including on a matter that is in grievance between persons bound by this Agreement.
The M. A.S. agrees at all times to practice only within the bounds of his/her competence, and to see Candidates only after an Acknowledgment of the Process and a Release of Information has been executed.
The M. A. Test requirements shall not affect any personnel employed in the shops prior to April 1, 1948. All other permanent employee on the payroll prior to October 16, 1962 shall be required to score thirty (30) or higher in the M.A. Test in order to qualify for the program. Passing grade for an employee hired after October 16, 1962 entering the program shall be forty (40) or higher.
The M. C.A.A. specifically waives the right to bargain with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in the agreement, or to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this agreement, even though it may not have been in the knowledge or contemplation of the parties at the time this agreement was negotiated.
The M. A.S. agrees to attend meetings of the Board of Ordained Ministry or other CONFERENCE entity as may be required, for which compensation will be negotiated.
The M. A.S. will submit a report within thirty (30) days of seeing the Candidate to the Chairperson of the Psychological Assessment Committee of the Annual Conference Board of Ministry (BOM.). It is understood that the BOM and not the Candidate is the client of the M.A.S. and that any and all reports generated as a result of the examination remain the property of the BOM, to be maintained and disposed of in accordance with the policies on record retention of the CONFERENCE.
