Common use of The Management Accounts Clause in Contracts

The Management Accounts. 2.3.1 have been prepared on a basis consistent with the Company's management accounts prepared since the Accounts Date ; and 2.3.2 have been carefully prepared using accounting policies consistent with those used in the preparation of the Accounts .
