The Management Processes and Related. Parties Committees shall each be comprised of 3 (three) members, and at least 01 (one) member of each Committee should be a standing or alternate member of the Board of Directors of the COMPANY. The Human Resources Management Committee shall be comprised of 3 (three) members, should all be standing or alternate members of the Board of Directors of CPFL. 8.9.2.1. It will be incumbent on V▇▇, ▇▇▇ and BONAIRE to nominate one member each, for each of the Committees mentioned in clause 8.9.
