Common use of The Master Clause in Contracts

The Master. The Mortgagor hereby agrees that if the Mortgagee shall exercise any of its powers under the foregoing Clause 21 the master of the Vessel for the time being shall be entitled to and shall act on the orders of the Mortgagee on proof only that the Person giving such order is the Mortgagee or a duly appointed representative of the Mortgagee and without the need to prove to the master's satisfaction that the Mortgagee is entitled to such exercise of the right of giving orders.
