Common use of The Neighbor Clause in Contracts

The Neighbor. to-Neighbor Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is hereby intended to help needy people experiencing an energy emergency or crisis pay their Electric Home Energy Expenses. The REPs may supply funding for the Program in their respective areas of operation as described in Article II herein. The Administering Agency shall, subject to the terms of this Agreement, utilize these funds to aid needy people in paying their Electric Home Energy Expenses.
